Somborne Sessions operates a No Smoking policy.
The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited - unauthorised recordings may be destroyed. Laser pens are also prohibited.
Dogs and other animals (except guide dogs) are prohibited.
The minimum age for entry at events is 11 years.
Somborne Sessions accept no responsibility for personal property.
No alcohol can be brought to Somborne Sessions events. Anyone found with alcohol not purchased from the licensed bar can expect to be removed with no refund offered.
Anyone found to be purchasing alcohol or attempting to puchase alcohol for under 18's will be immediately removed. We only accept valid driving licences and passports as proof of age for alcohol sales.
Whilst we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of tickets you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price (and credit or debit you as applicable) or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, you agree that we may treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel after you have already paid the incorrect ticket price for the tickets, you will receive a full refund from us.
If a performance is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled performance, equivalent to the face value of the ticket. If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered alternative performances (subject to availability) up to the seat value on the ticket.
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the event organiser. Please note that we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
Somborne Sessions reserves the right to refuse admission should customers breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser, promoter or the premises licence.
Somborne Sessions reserve the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
Age restrictions may apply at some events. It is the customers responsibility to ensure these are adhered to and we will not offer refunds in the event of our door staff not allowing entry.
Tickets are sold subject to the right of Somborne Sessions to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person. Somborne Sessions reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number.
Ticket holders consent to possible filming and sound recording as members of the audience.
The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending an event.
Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the venue or event management to eject ticket holders from the venue, with no refund offered.
Customers should be advised that official merchandise will usually only be available inside the venue.
